4 ripe bananas
2.5 cups instant oats
2 tablespoons almond or peanut
¼ cup dark chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
In a large bowl, mash bananas with a fork until creamy
Add in oats and mix well. If the consistency seems at all runny, add more oats until doughy.
Add in nut butter and chocolate chips and mix well
Drop-in large spoonfuls onto a baking sheet
Bake at 375 for 10-15 minutes, depending on your oven temp.
Allow the cookies to rest for a few mins to firm up. I suggest after they are done you keep the leftovers in the refrigerator!
Makes around 12 cookies
